On Tuesday, 11 November 2025, the NATMed Project had the pleasure of participating in the event organized by our sister project SALAM-MED, titled “Rethinking the Futures of Mediterranean Land and Water.”
Our partners Nuria Fernández and Raquel Marijuán represented CARTIF, while Theodoros Stavrakas attended on behalf of KEPE.
The event provided a valuable opportunity to engage in meaningful discussions about the future of land and water in the Mediterranean, exploring shared challenges and opportunities for building more sustainable and resilient territories.
NATMed was delighted to contribute to:
- A panel session that brings together project coordinators and young researchers, creating an inspiring space for exchanging ideas and visions for a sustainable Mediterranean.
- A drafting session on Future Priorities for Research and Implementation, fostering collaboration and shared understanding across initiatives.
A big thank you to SALAM-MED for the excellent organization and for inviting us to participate in this insightful event!
